Refund policy

Because many of our products are made especially for you, we encourage you to choose carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@4hg.shop so we can assess the issue and make it right.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in line with consumer protection laws.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Made-to-order or customised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
